The "pot that cooks spaghetti" is a truck-mounted shop for the itinerant sale of freshly cooked first courses, seasoned with a choice of sauce and served in seconds. The set-up is in fiberglass with side opening on the right side for product sale, rear door and side door on the left side for access to the generator. Forepart for object container above the truck cab. Product sales floor and internal shelves for supporting equipment or processing, in stainless steel. The versatility of this realization gives the possibility, with the necessary modifications, to also be used as a ticket office or generic itinerant kiosk for the sale of various products.
